Because Sunsejoy products are personal care items handcrafted in small batches, all sales are final. This is standard practice across the skincare industry and helps us maintain the safety and integrity of every product we make.
That said, we stand behind everything we make and want you to have a good experience with every order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will work with you to make it right, whether that is a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
To help us resolve the issue quickly please email sunsejoy@gmail.com with your order number, a clear photo of the product or packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
Reactions and Sensitivities
We formulate with pure botanical ingredients and no harsh additives, but every skin is different. If you experience an unexpected reaction, please reach out and we will do our best to help. We recommend reviewing the full ingredient list for each product before purchasing, and we are always happy to answer questions before you buy.
