Here's a step-by-step guide :

• Neck: Begin at the neck, moving upward with the large oval side. Roll up and down with medium pressure to stimulate the lymphatic system.
• Jawline: Next, proceed along the jawline using the large oval side. Begin from the center of the chin and move towards the earlobe, making five to six passes on each side.
• Forehead: Transition to the forehead, using the larger oval side. Start from the center and move towards the temples with five to seven passes on each side. Cross over by starting at the brows and moving upwards towards the hairline.
• Eyes: Utilizing the smaller end, roll gently from the inner corner to the outer corner, up to the brow bone. Focus on the under-eye area and crow’s feet by rolling back and forth around ten times on each side.
